The experts here at FixYa do not work for Facebook and are unable to "restore" your old account. This is something that you will need to contact Facebook support about.
We cannot Restore the Old Facebook, if you wish to disable the new Facebook Chat (Sidebar), you can do it but you'll need to install the browser's extensions. If you are using Firefox or Google Chrome, please visit HEREand follow the instructions, the download links are at the bottom of the page with instructions. I am unable to find any solutions for Internet Explorer, Opera, etc.. at the moment. Hope this helps.
