The picture should be free of horizontal lines. If the lines are present on the TV screen, press the SMART button on the remote control and select Settings > SUPPORT > Picture Test. This menu will appear on the test picture. Select which option best describes the result you have.

If the horizontal lines are ink lines then clean the printer head..... check in settings.

White horizontal lines would appear when there is a dead spot or contamination of the roller.
Clean the roller first, if this does not resolve the issue then replace it.
