Logging in to my acount that they say needs to be more secure but I can't get past the little man with the tools

If you know your password and are talking abt the 2-step verification while logging in, then follow these steps:

1) log in to your acount after verifiation.
2) go to my accounts
3) go to sign-in and security
4) disable the "2-step verification" by uncheking it.

Don't try logging for a while. I don't what account you are talking about, but there is usually a lock period that will reset after a given amount of time. The time just varies with whatever policy is in place, but every time there is a login failure the clock restarts.

There is link saying "I cannot access my acount". Click that and you will follow a wizard to recover your password.

try logging into computer with safe more, when you turn on laptop, keep pressing f8 every secound to bring up a boot menu options, choose safe mode when it starts in safe mode log in with your acount goto control panel and acounts and delte password. or change it, then restart laptop and see how it goes. hope this helps

Im having the same proble, and it started when i moved into a new city. I put in the correct name and password and camfrog just never gets past the "camfrog is logging in" part.
