i dont think so your model number say thats not an hd tv the maximum resolution is the same as a normal tv so mean 4:3 format.....
if you got a warped picture thats mean you youu have an sync problem or so that is difficult to
say from here..

All I can suggest is to go backwards through what you did. Look for the part that seems wrong or out of place. It could be something as simple as a mounting or bolt in the wrong place. Or even something fitted the wrong way around.
I assume you mean the t-table turns with unsteady speed (?)
Or do you mean the t-table is bent, edge moves up and down in relation to the frame.
If speed is unsteady, have unit completely cleaned and lubricated and replace idler wheel
