Question about Bose 321GS Series II System
Was playing the dvd the screen just froze up won't move and now i can't get to open to remove the disc
Try un-plugging the unit from the mains electric supply, leave it for a couple of minutes & then plug it back into the electric supply. This should re-set itself & hopefully eject the disc. If the disc had a bad spot or the laser did not traverse smoothly this will cause the disc to freeeze & lock up.
