You really should contact customer support under the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page. This is just a forum for people to answer each other's questions

have you called or emailed the stamp and go/ cardz & ask them about the order?
if you have then go to the paypal site on the home page
sign in & then under account look for the word overview then across from it to the right you'll see the word resolution center just click on it & you can start a dispute about the problem & just follow the prompts
