Try reinstalling the driver for the sound card. if it dosent work try running the backup cd that you would have got when you purchased the laptop (but be sure to backup all your ducuments before u do this).

i have purchesed lenovo 3000 G430 , after fommating dose not match sound driver some error is showing "dose not midea device found" to xp sp2 . please help me
Here is the lenovo site for the drivers for you pc. Only download and install the xp driver versions...after which you should be able to update the drivers for the devices that have the yellow color and should not have any problems installing.
You can also check the windows update site...do a custom update and search for drivers...sometimes new driver versions can be downloaded that way.
