if you can access your tablet go to settings

then secruity

then go to factory rest

then erase everything

if that does not work you will after hard reset it and youtube it how to reset your tablet

theres no way to get past it sorry. you will have to do a full factory restore. if you dont know how to restore the tablet let me know what sort it is ( apple or android )

You will have to log in to each account and delete them one by one, and clear your cachet, restart the tablet, use the one gmail address for everything on the tablet, make sure you dont have multiple gmail profiles, nothing should change on its own, you may have been hacked, report this possibility to gmail admin, check phones firmware & update if needed, may have to restore factory settings to be safe, but back up first.

You do not need gmail.com only tap on SETTINGS to factory-reset your tablet.
