You should have a set of DVDs woth the operating sustem on them - they are included when you buy a Mac.
If you don't have them then you will have to buy some on either eBay or from Apple's on-line store.

SOURCE: Can I Sell Mom's eMac

I believe this is your mac?

eMac G4/1.0 (ATI)1.0 GHz PowerPC 7445 (G4)apple_emac.jpgIntro Date:May 6, 2003*Disc Date:April 13, 2004*Order No:M8950LL/A*Model No:A1002 (EMC 1903)Subfamily:eMac ATIModel ID:PowerMac4,4Std. RAM:128 MB, 256 MBStd. VRAM:32 MBStd. HD:40, 60, 80 GBStd. Optical:8X "Combo Drive"*Complete eMac G4/1.0 (ATI) Specs
This is a very old model and I doubt it will sell for much. I would suggest putting a listing on eBay and craigslist. Price it at about $50. (Do "buy it now" on eBay)
However, you could get a lot of mileage out of it yourself if you want to use it as a personal web server, or a Linux machine. Research both on Google if you are interested (or ask me another question here at fix-ya).

Black emac screen

Hi, this could be a number of things but the most likely cause is probably the leaking capaitor syndrome. At about the time these machines were made there was a flood of faulty capacitors throughout the electronics world and the factpriews that made the mother boards for the eMac were particularly badly hit.Did the screen exhibit any flashing or streaking or random freezing before the failure? Thses are typical precursors.
Unfortunately the only thing you can do is to take it to a (Apple) repair centre where they will be able to judge if it is repairable or not.The leaking capacitors quite often ruined the mother-board. If theyu were caught in time they were repairable but .......
If the eMac is still running, connect it to an external monitor and then clone your HD to a blank HD using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper.

I just got a used e-mac A1002 (1 Ghz/128/60/combo 56K. It has Mac OS X 10.3.3 installed. I'm having problems signing into G-mail. Facebook also appears as just text. As well, can't seem to play...

I would try and find the OS X Tiger installation disks off of eBay, and install Tiger so that you can at least install Firefox, even if it's an older version. Your computer won't be able to run much, because of the limited RAM, and the fact that the processor is extremely slow.

Imac a1002 turns on sometimes moniter works or sound only

The eMacs had a problem with the logic boards where they would turn on and not display video, you can check to see if yours is affected by removing the RAM door and looking at the capacitor to see if it is expanded, it most likely is. The unit unfortunately is not worth getting repaired.

Emac model number A1002

It could be a hard drive problem or it could just be a software issue. Given the model, it could be running System 9 or X or both. If it is 9 it just may need to be blessed. The disc you are trying to load sounds model specific as opposed to Apple's retail discs which will load on any of their models capable of running that particular operating system. Whether it is worth fixing is really a judgement call, if you have use of a 2nd machine a hard drive / install disc can be had for cheap enough, as far as resell value, I would say no. Due to the limited information you have on the history of the machine I would suggest following these links to try and determine if it is indeed hardware or software:
Mac OS 7.x - 9.x: Troubleshooting Startup Issues

Your Mac won't start up in Mac OS X (Mac OS X 10.3.9 or earlier)
