If I remember right, you have to pull the speaker grill assembly off by starting at the corners and pulling a little at the top then the bottom, back and forth till one end comes loose then do the other end. Once you have the grill off, take the screws out along the bottom of the screen. Disconnect the wiring harness (should be at least 2 sets of wires with plugs). Once everything is disconnected, the screen assembly should lift up and then out. Wouldn't hurt to have someone assist you since the screen is very fragile.

Remove front door handle bezel screw cover
Remove inside handle bezel screw

Lift upward on the rear of the front door inside handle bezel

Remove the sail panel.
If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector
If equipped, lift up and remove the exterior rear view mirror control switch

Disconnect the electrical connector.
If equipped, lift up and remove the window control switch panel.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
If equipped, remove the window regulator handle.
Position the window regulator handle cover aside.
Remove the window regulator handle screw and regulator

NOTICE: Do not pull directly outward on front door trim panel as

Mirror, Power — Outside Rear View
NOTE: This procedure applies to both RH and LH power outside rear view mirrors.
Removal
Remove the front door trim panel (23942). Refer to Section 01-05 for the removal procedure.
Remove the two outside rear view mirror inside mounting hole cover screws and the outside rear view mirror mounting hole cover (17K709) from the front door (20124).
Remove the wire clip.
Disconnect the power outside rear view mirror electrical connector.
Remove the three power outside rear view mirror bolts and the power outside rear view mirror.
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten the three power outside rear view mirror bolts to 3-4 Nm (27-35 lb-in).
Glass, Outside Mirror Removal and Installation
Refer to the glass replacement procedures in Manual Mirror for power outside rear view mirror glass (17K707)
Trim Cover Removal
Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Section 01-05 for the removal procedure.
Remove the two outside rear view mirror inside mounting hole cover screws.
Remove the outside rear view mirror mounting hole cover.
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Mirror Control Removal
Use a small flat-blade screwdriver to pry the power outside rear view mirror control switch from the instrument panel (04320).
Glass, Outside Mirror—Town Car Removal and Installation
Push upper edge of outside rear view mirror glass (17K707) into the outside rear view mirror to expose latch release.
Using a small flat-bladed screw driver or equivalent, move latch release to released position.
Remove outside rear view mirror glass mounting back and outside rear view mirror glass from outside rear view mirror.
Disconnect heater wire connectors and auto dimmer connector, if equipped.
To install reverse Removal procedure.

Mirror, Power—Outside Rear View
Town Car Removal and Installation
Disconnect battery ground cable (14301). Refer to Section 14-01 .
Remove front door trim panel (23942). Refer to Section 01-05 .
Trim Panels, Door
Front—Town Car Removal
Snap out two door pull strap retaining screw covers. Remove screws.
Remove three screws on front and rear side and center of front door trim panel (23942).
NOTE: The following procedure must be used during removal and installation of the door armrest and trim panel. Refer to the appropriate illustrations for component and vehicle model identification.
Using the Trim Pad Removing Tool from Rotunda Windshield and Moulding/Trim Removal Kit 107-R0401 or equivalent, pry the trim panel retaining clips from the door inner panel.
NOTE: Do not use front door trim panel to remove trim clips from door inner panel. Replace any bent, damaged or missing push pins.
Remove window regulator control switch housing from front door trim panel. Lift up housing in front and disconnect all connectors.
Disconnect wiring harness and heated seat switch electrical connectors if equipped.
Remove the door trim panel.
Disconnect two electrical connectors.
Remove nut from outside rear view mirror mounting base.
Swing outside rear view mirror (17682) toward driver door window glass to expose screw in mount base.
Remove screw from outside rear view mirror base.
Remove outside rear view mirror from front door (20124). Guide wiring and connectors through hole in front door.
To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten nuts to 8-10 Nm (71-88 lb-

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Exterior Mirror
Removal and Installation
Remove the front door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .
Front Door Trim Panel —Expedition
Removal and Installation NOTE: Left front door shown, right front similar.
Remove the door handle bezel.
Use service notch.
Remove the window control switch plate.
Use service notch and disconnect the electrical connectors.
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the door trim panel, lift the door trim panel by pulling directly upward on the armrest to disengage the panel clips. Remove the two bolts and three screws, and remove the door trim panel.
Remove the weather shield.
Disconnect the exterior mirror electrical connector.
Remove the exterior mirror.
Remove the nuts.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Install top nut first.

Exterior Mirror Motor
Removal and Installation
Position the mirror glass to obtain a gap at the top edge of the mirror and carefully pull the top edge of the glass away from the mirror housing.
Disconnect the heated mirror electrical connectors.
Remove the exterior mirror motor screws and exterior mirror motor.
Here is a procedure for cleaning accessing and the mirrors:
Take the front speaker panel off and you will see two screws on the left and right top corners that hold the tabs for the screen, loosen them then go behind the tv and remove the screws around the perimeter of the back of the screen, 10 total, then remove the front center panel 4 screws and unplug the screen (easy to see which one) then just lift the screen straight up. Onced removed you can clean both mirrors. Dont use chemical cleaners, just a soft rag.
Remove the door trim panel and detach the inner panel water deflector. With the glass in the down position, pull out the front portion of the glass run weatherstrip.

Remove the attaching bolts and screws from the front glass run channel lower retainer to filler, then rotate retainer rearward.
Remove the noise control patch to gain access to the screw at the belt, then remove the screw.
Remove the filler attaching screws at the top front of the window frame, then remove the mirror and filler from the door.
Remove the attaching nuts from the mirror base studs, then remove the mirror.
To install:
Be sure that the mirror gasket is aligned.
Replace the mirror and filler on the door. Install the filler attaching screws at the top front of the window frame. Attach the nuts to the mirror studs and tighten.
Install the screw at the belt, then insert the noise control patch.
Insert the retainer, then install the attaching bolts and screws to the front glass run channel lower retainer to filler.
Replace the front portion of the glass run weatherstrip, insert the inner panel water deflector, then reinstall the door trim panel.
Remove the mirror remote control escutcheons and door trim panel. Detach the inner panel water deflector.
NOTE: Right side remote mirror may require detaching part of the instrument panel.
With the glass in the down position, pull out the front portion of the glass run weatherstrip.
Remove the attaching bolts and screws from the front glass run channel lower retainer to filler and rotate retainer rearward.
Remove the noise control patch to gain access to the 0.3 in. (7mm) screw at the belt and remove the screw.
Remove the filler attaching screws at the top front of the window frame.
Remove the mirror base with mirror and cable assembly from the door.
Remove the mirror to filler attaching nuts and remove the mirror and cable from filler.
To install:
Be sure cable is routed around front glass run channel retainer and installed to clip.
Install and connect the cable to the filler.
Attach the filler nuts to the mirror, then tighten to 72 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
Install the mirror base with the mirror and cable assembly to the door.
Insert the filler attaching screws to the top of the window frame, then install the screw to the belt.
Secure the noise control patch.
Attach the bolts and screws to the front of the glass run channel lower retainer and filler.
Install the glass run weatherstrip.
Attach the inner panel water deflector, door trim panel and mirror remote control escutcheon.
Remove the mirror remote control escutcheons and door trim panel. Detach the inner panel water deflector and the electrical connector for the mirror.
NOTE: Right side remote mirror may require detaching part of the instrument panel.
With the glass in the down position, pull out the front portion of the glass run weatherstrip.
Remove the attaching bolts and screws from the front glass run channel lower retainer to filler and rotate retainer rearward.
Remove the noise control patch to gain access to the 0.3 in. (7mm) screw at the belt and remove the screw.
Remove the filler attaching screws at the top front of the window frame.
Remove the mirror base with mirror and electric connector from the door.
Remove the mirror to filler attaching nuts and remove the mirror and electric wire from filler.
To install, reverse Steps 1 through 6. Be sure electric wire is routed around front glass run channel retainer and installed to the clip. Tighten the nuts to 72 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
Connect the negative battery cable, then reset the clock, radio and any other accessories if required.
