1) Brake - inside the frame, next to the brake pedal
2) DECK/PTO - underneath the fuel tank, at the base of the dash assembly
3) SEAT - underneath seat
4) REVERSE - on top of the transmission
Check your valve adjustment. Valves can be safely set at .004 for both intake and exhaust. Give this a try and see what happens. I would be interested in how you make out. GOOD LUCK FREIND.
Sounds like seat safety switch.To check switch use a piece of wire unplug seat switch under seat. stick wire in both sides of plug to complete circuit and try to use mower. If works replace switch.
The charging circuit is faulty and is not charging the battery when the engine is running. Best case is a bad connection or frayed cable, worst case is a faulty alternator.
The charging system could do this Take the hot wire off the starter and set for a while and see if battery runs down. Then you know what area to look. If there is a separate wire on your charging system take it off and see if that looses power. Try trial and error Its cheaper that way.
