but its not working, thought there is no hardware problem
what can be the reason
everytime i switch on the pc a message with new hardware found is displayed and the motherboard cd shows all drivers installed

i have re installed Xp. And while installing the audio drivers from the cd it gets installed but there is no sound output from the system. when i checked the sound devices it was set low volume in the control pannel an i cannot change the settings because its repesented in inactive state. My motherboard is intel D101GGC
