i lost my mother board cd and now i reinstall so i need sound driver can u help me my mother board no is D946GZIS

i have re installed Xp. And while installing the audio drivers from the cd it gets installed but there is no sound output from the system. when i checked the sound devices it was set low volume in the control pannel an i cannot change the settings because its repesented in inactive state. My motherboard is intel D101GGC
