Is it possible to recover them from my digital camera if they've been deleted there, then? I thought I was deleting one photo and deleted the whole folder. Thanks for your help!

I searched again through my recycle bin and found this. What a relief!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Yes that is the weblink to the picture. Unless you have purchased software to download pictures, you will not be able to do that.

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download this photo recovery software

Install and open the photo recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Start' button.

Problem with Microsoft Digital image 2006 Windows media Player has encountered a problem and meeds to close. We are sorry for the incomvenience. Error Sig. App.Mane: wmplayer.exe Appver: 10.0.0.3646...

The error is a Windows Media Player error, and it looks like you are running an older unpatched version. Try to download a newer version of Windows Media Player from here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player
I know MS discontinued their Digital Image Suite and encouraged people to switch over to the free Windows Live Photo Gallery:

Restoring deleted pictures

if you haven't continued to use the memory card you can download a freeware called glary undelete.
it will let you undelete most of the photos.there are several available.
The one I used was Glary undelete.
here is the text from the about section.
Glary Undelete is a free and easy-to-use yet powerful file undelete solution for FAT and NTFS file systems. It will bring back files emptied from the Recycle Bin, in a DOS window, from Windows Explorer with the SHIFT key held down. It will even recover files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!

Glary Undelete works under Win 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista operating systems. The program supports all Windows file systems for hard and floppy drives including FAT12/16/32,NTFS/NTFS5 and image recovery from CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MultiMedia and Secure Digital cards.

good luck

Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Anniversary Edition

You can add all your pictures to the program's library which should eliminate that problem...

To scan for pictures on your computer:
1. On Digital Image Library’s File menu, click Add Pictures to Library.
The Add Pictures to Library window opens. The folders already cataloged
in Digital Image Library are displayed.
2. Click Scan.
3. In the Beginning Picture Scan dialog box, click OK.
The hard disk drive is scanned, and the folders containing pictures are
displayed.
4. Clear the check box next to any folder you don’t want to add.
5. Click OK, and then click Done.

Hope this will FixYa!!!
