Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Same thing is happening to my HP officejet 6310 all-in-one "Cartridge Error: Cartridge on the left is not intended for this printer."Won't let me do ANYTHING with it though... no scanning, nothing. Printer is a little over two years old. Turned it on and off, took cartridge out and replaced it. Arrrrghhhh! Help!!!!
I had this problem. Just called HP support and the solution is so simple:
* Take both cartridges out.
* Check if they are not empty by taking a tissue cloth and rube the cartridges gently on the tissue where the ink comes out. If ink shows on the tissue, then the cartridges are not empty.
* If they are not empty, clean the connectors behind the cartridges with a simple pencil eraser and put them back it place.
THATS IT! :-)
