Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset

Motorola H700 and iPhone 3G S - people can't hear me

First of all, this earpiece (Motorola H700) doesn't like to stay connected... and when it does, people on the other end can't hear me talking. (I'm very very very quiet to them, even if I shout into the earpiece.) I can hear them clearly most of the time, but I am far too quiet to be heard.

Tried it by calling my iPhone (with my H700 on my ear) from my landline... I can't hear myself in the landline from the earpiece, but I can hear myself in the earpiece from the landline. Very strange... any solutions would be helpful and very much appreciated!

My H700 bluetooth, I can hear caller but they can't hear me!

The average life of a Bluetooth Earpiece is usually a few years. When you are having symptoms like you are describing it usually means that the Blutooth headset is at the end of its service life. You might want to cintact Motorola and see if they will Warranty them.

When I open the earpiece I can hear the person when I talk but when I talk into it noone hears me

If you have already checked the volume on the earpiece, there is probably a short in the wiring somewhere. If it is under or just over a year old contact Motorola about a replacement under the manufacture's warranty. Have a great day.

Earpiece on iphone not working.

Sounds like the ear speaker connector wasn't connected properly upon reassembly, maybe the ribbon cable is torn. There is a stepby step guide toothat explainshow to properly reassemble the phone: iPhone repair. There are also third party iPhone repair companies that do it for you.

I can't sync my motorola H715 bluetooth head set with my Iphone 3GS, can you help

I have the H715 but my iPhone only showed the H721 instead of the H715. I selected the H721, entered the passcode and connected. Called my home phone with the earpiece in and it works.

My iPhone 3G does not discover my Motorola H500. I am tryig to connect a motorola earpiece to a netbook, but the blue light flashes then goes steady, but then flashes again, netbook cannot see it?

I eventually found the manual, and put it in discover mode correctly, and the Netbook paired with it no problem,
It is a Compaq 700 mini Netbook, and it picks up the earpiece straight away when it is switched on, and automatically connects it to Skype, which is what I was trying to achieve, the Bluetooth sw on the Netbook seems very good and easy to use.

My iPhone 3G does not discover my Motorola H500.

Try this link. It solved my issue www.scribd.com/doc/280088/motorola-h500-bluetooth-earpiece-manual. Basically what you need to do is power the earpiece off. Make sure that your IPhone is not currently attempting to discover bluetooth devices (i.e. Bluetooth is OFF). Hold the On button on your earpiece (it has the symbol of a phone on it) for 6-10 seconds. The light on the earpiece remains lit. Now your earpiece is in discovery mode. On your IPhone, go to Settings, General, Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth ON. Now your phone and your earpiece are both in discovery mode. When you see "Headset" listed, select it and enter the password "0000". Your IPhone is now paired with your H500 headset.

Hearing from Motorola H700

good morning!! ive been thru this before, try tapping your phone volume while your talking to your party, it shold be seen on your phone screen as earpiece volume than turn it up and when you have the volume where you want it dont forget to tap the set on your phone, another prob i had was some times there is a small protective plastic film on the ear holes on the tooth and one on the mike sometimes, i could hear my party but they couldnt hear me until i discovered that lil peice of plastic. remember your key codes are either 0000 or 1234. good luck m.m.

Is H700 compatible with the iPhone?

Here is a straightforward procedure to "pair" the Motorola H700 bluetooth headset with an iphone

1. Turn off the headset by folding the microphone.
2. On your iphone, go to settings-->General-->Bluetooth-->tap tp turn ON
3. To activate your headset, hold down the center button and keep it pressed while you fold out the microphone.

The iphone will immediately detect the device and state "not paiired"
Ignore this message and go ahead and tap on the headset menu displayed on th eipjone screen. You will e prompted fot a security code. Please enter 0000. The iphone will confirm that the devices have een paired successfully.
You arer done! To verify, try placing a call from the iphone and you will see a new menu on iphone asking you to choose the headset H700 or speaker phone.
Step 3 is the most important step in getting the two devices to talk.
