Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
I just took the DSL connection that my husband had to his Dell and attached it to an apple Airport Extreme, so that my daughter and I could use the connection too. We each have notebooks, one Dell and one Mac. One problem, his system seems to have no wireless capability. Its "Help Center" describes an infra red connection. I have no idea what that is. I suspect that I need to get a card for his machine and install it- muy pronto.
What do I buy, where do I install it???
They sell USB wireless adapters, that should do nicely.
Don't forget to rank the advice!

The 4600 would not have a wireless card so you can get a PCI wireless card or a USB wireless card and install it to have wireless capabilities on the 4600.
