Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
problem is that the damper isn't working properly. It is supposed to open and close to send cold air from the freezer to the fridge. Open the door to the fridge, and look for the vent, close the door switch, and see if you can feel cold air coming out of the vent.
Either the motor that controls the damper is broken (most common) or the control board that sends power to the door to open and close as necessary is not sending power.
