I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 online, I was told it had service through Verizon. I need to know how I can find out if this phone is legit, plus what service carrier it uses?
Contact Verizon to get the puk code to transfer to your provider of choice you will need to give them the IMEI number

Im very possitive you cant do that the ones you can do it with normal wireless broadband boxes (wi fi) you can use this wireless by going to your network settings and put wireless (also wired you choice) and then it will tell you to fill some things out with the internet cable with a wireless broadband you can wire it but the connection is better but that depends on how or were u use it wireless is still very very good for more questions ([email protected]) also myspace.

The carriers who use non sim phones for their network are most likely to use a CDMA 450Mhz Network. Most phones with a sim slot will work on GSM 900-1800-1900 Mhz bands, with their subdivisions (like 850-950 domain, 1800-1850). A phone with a sim card uses a RF module tuned on a specific range of frequencies. The major ones are GSM, CDMA and UMTS (HSDPA included). There are phones with support for GSM + UMTS - most 3g phones available on marked. In your case, a GSM HTC touch Dual will work on gsm networks. For verizon or other cdma networks, HTC produces a CDMA version of the Touch Dual. If you have the gsm version (the one that needs a sim) you should use it on gsm carriers.

Try to use the MEID info in the #help*help screen to try to activate the phone.
If you still cannot, you need to fix MEID and ESN file on your phone.
