Question about Apple iPod nano
I have an apple ipod 8 gb. It flashes the apple symbol on black screen but nothing works.
Try holding the menu button and the centre button at the same time for a few seconds until the apple logo shows (this shouldnt be flashing), this should unfreeze the ipod, if not, try plugging it into your computer (install itunes first) see if your computer can find it, if it does open the ipod screen in itunes and look for an ipod update, perform the update (if there is one available) this will reset it to factory default with the newer software, if theres no update try to restore ipod.
If these tricks dont work, im afraid its a trip to the apple store, good luck

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
