There is a drain pan for condensation under the fridge. over this many years the is dust and lint that will fill the pan and displace the water on your floor. while your under there clean the coils. this will help get every year possible from your fridge

I understand that you are seeing a brown liquid come from under your dispenser area. I would recommend you having a professional come out to your appliance to check and assure the water lines are connected properly and not developing any moisture problems to form from under your dispenser.
