Just got the blackberry flip and swithched all my info from my pearl to the flip with desktop software and now my faves icon not on phone. Tried to refresh and as soon as i get the text saying my faves refreshed I get this message?

This is a software problem. It indicates that there is an error on the unit OS. Simply visit the blackberry website download the existing OS on the device install on your PC and connect your device to the PC. Follow the instructions and the unit will be as good as new. hi monreve002 you need to do a hard reset on your phone. You go throught the options to advance settings. security wipe. but please make dure you fo a backup of all your infotmation on thr phone. ot you will lose it all. hope this helps
