It takes good gas, good spark, and good air for a gasoline engine to run well. The next thing I would do is put a new air filter in it.
You may need to do a more detailed cleaning on the carburetor. I like to use a Den Tek Brush, (used for cleaning teeth), to get into the small ports. They work great for this job. You may also need to check the small screen in carb. It gets blocked with debris. If you need further assistance, please contact me.

Since the air from the air filter does not go through the carb, the carb cleaner will not either. If you remove the carb and spry all of it that you can get to, you may get the plug. If you were to open the carb and go through it and clean it you would need to get new gaskets and maybe that will do the job. You may be able to adjust the carb. There is a "hi" and "low" setting. Try adjusting the "hi"...Lee

The carbs are plugged. Take the bowl off the carburetor by loosening the nut on the bottom. You'll want to clamp the fuel line before you do this. That nut has a small hole that goes through the nut from side to side, and one that connects them in the center. Use a wire brush to knock all the deposits loose, making sure that the holes are clean and free of obstruction. Put it all back together, and it should run fine.
