Question about Nady Systems DKW-1H Professional Microphone

Open Question

There is no wiring diagram with the Nady DKW-1 HT.

White wires snapped off from main circuit board. I need a diagram to put them back together. Or can anyone tell me where to solder them on the circuit board?

SOURCE: dont know what size battery

Hi, nady ht-3 mic transmitter uses a 9 volt battery ..coolken_15.jpg

To insert the battery, You will need to unscrew the below button part of the hand held mic (anti-clockwise), and after unscrewing, you will see the space to fix in the 9 volt battery..

When you buy the battery, before fixing the battery in, check the polarity before placing the battery in (positive + and negetive -)...After inserting, screw back the cover in and locate where the power switch is..It always has an indicator to know if the power is on...

Note..make sure the Transmitter is on for it to be able to work properly with the hand held microphone....

Good luck..

The governor should move back and forth as the speed control goes from speeds 1 through 10. It's purpose is to push on the control plate in order to obtain the different motor speeds.

How do I connect wiring and do programming for P1353 timer for my 2 speed pool pump? Thanks,

P1353 is a very complicated for beginner.
Open following link for manual: P1353 starts on Page 25
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-P1353-manual.pdf

Following steps are general introduction.
You can add a comment about specific steps.

1) Select timer voltage: see page 26 manual
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1353-voltage-selection-100.jpg
Timer can control 120V or 240V circuits.
P13553 default voltage for clock motor is 240V.
If circuit breaker that supplies power to timer is 240V, then no change is needed.
If circuit breaker that supplies power to timer is 120V, then change jumper on back of timer to 120.
Timer mechanism snaps out of box using thumb spring located top inside box.

2) Wiring
Open link to see general wiring for P1353:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1353-timer-350.jpg
-Bare ground wires connect to green screw

-Line wires are power wires from circuit breaker.
For example Line wires are 240Volt, and there is 1 black wire and 1 white
Black connects to terminal 1
White connects to terminal 2
Add a jumper wire (short piece of same-gauge wire) from terminal 1 to terminal 3
Add a second jumper wire from terminal 3 to terminal 5
This will put power to clock motor and put power to switches

-Load wires go to 2-speed pump: see wiring diagram page 28
There are 3 Load wires for 2-speed pump: Usually these wires are: Black for speed-1, Red for speed-2, and White
Black speed-1 connects to terminal 6
Red speed-2 connects to terminal 4
White motor wire connects to terminal 2 to complete circuit to motor.

3) Programming.
-Manual shows specific programming starting on page 27.
Timer has 3 circuits. Each circuit is independent of other circuit, making this a 3-channel timer.

-Select different MODES when programming timer
Select MODE 2: circuit 1 and circuit 2 will never be ON at same time, which is intended for 2-speed pump operation.

-Programming steps start on page 30 where you select MODE 2
Actual programming steps are straightforward

-Add a comment if you have difficulties and I will answer.

Nady Ht-duo cordless microphone, new 9 volt battery. Red battery light should stay on, but comes on then goes out. Checked contacts, no problem there.\r\n Thanks,

Nope.

The red light should blink when turned on and then go out. That is normal. When the red light stays on, the battery needs to be changed.

Audio Technica PRO-35: need wiring diagram for mic end

If you feel the shield goes to the middle, try red on one terminal and white on the other. If not, reverse it.

If it's labeled on the circuit board...pin 1, pin 2, pin 3, then pin 1 is usually ground, pin 2 is hot (red), and pin 3 is cold.

How do you wire a Two Single Pole Switch for each switch to run seperate lights all off of one circuit. Example: Recess Lights on one switch and a Track light on the other switch. 6 black wires, 6 white...

so 6 grounds is connected together, and conneted to mains ground (direct connection), the white wires is (mains Neutral) and you connect all 6 white wires together (to doble pole safety switch) in one end pole switch, and you connect a wire from another pole the same end at common Two Single Pole Switch and connect (Black wires recess lights) to one free pole switch and (Black wires track lights) to another free pole.

The mains connect to safety switch live (Black or Brown) to another free safety switch pole, Neutral (White or blue) to free safety switch pole and earth to ground wires on mains connector.

Note: Allways use a mains 300mA diferencial safety switch, for better protection.

I am finishing the wiring in my basement a I have 1 receptacle with 2 14/3 wires in it and another with 1 14/3 wire into it. I need to figure out the 2nd circuit and how to finish off the plugs

With most receptacles, you can connect up to two (2) sets of wires to the one recptacle/outlet. Be sure the power is off to the circuits you're going to be working on, by turning off the breakers in the main panel that go to these circuits.

Strip back the outer jacket at 8 inches on the Romex wires and be careful not to nick the conductors inside the outer jacket.

With the black, white and bare ground wires now exposed and separated from the jacket, you can stirp off 1/2 inch of the insulation off both the black and white wires. You can also tear off the paper wrapper that covers the bare copper ground wires too.

Now take the ground wires and twist them together for at least 3 inches, making sure that you start the twist near the back of the outlet box, where the wires come into the box. Use a pair of lineman's pliers to twist the bare wires together. Once you've done that, you can clip off one (1) of the bare ground wires that is left sticking out, as you only need one to connect to the Green grounding screw on the receptacle/outlet.

Now connect the two (2) black wires to the brass colored screws, which is the HOT or common side of the outlet. On the other side, connec the two (2) white wires to the silver colored screws, as this is the Neutral side of the outlet. Now you can carefully bend the wires to let you push them into the outlet box and screw the outlet into the wall box. Put on the plate cover and you're all set. Turn the breaker back on and you've completed the wiring.

On the box with the single #14/3 wire (w/ground) just follow the instructions above, except you only have one wire to connect to each side of the outlet, matching them Black to brass screw and White to silver screw and the bare copper wire to the Green grounding screw.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards.
