My wife was quite horrified when in casually mentioned
my THREE DUI arrests.... Until I explained: I had
ARRESTED three people... MYSELF
(ordinary little nobodies CAN... and SHOULD)...

It's called "citizen's arrest" and it can bring a little
(microscopic) balance back FROM the loss-of-life, misery
& destruction mindlessly PERPETRATED on
innocents every day (everywhere) by thee
(and out of control INTOXICATED drivers like thee...
(who would not know or care if they drove through
a kindergarten class or a hospital nursery full of babies)).
In the hope that I could increase my "DUIs" I looked you up hoping to see you in CALIFORNIA...
ALAS... your luck (albeit thinly) is still holding out.
Of the 73 "Roger Belcher" types ...
nationally you number 73... and to their credit...
only FIVE of you seem to have DUI records...
My only question would be... Why?
My hope... One of my peers in your neighborhood
