Question about Washing Machines
Whats the brand and model?
See brand and older models are important because it pinpoints build and specific function pattern.
Also direct drive models and a great number of the newer have computer circuits that activate cycles and function.
If it's an older direct drive model it sounds like it could be a result of the tub being knocked off balance from overloading or a retainer pin could have slipped out and threw the main cycle off.
Or either if it's a newer model the main cycle gear could be gone or a module could have the spin cycle over riding the cycle sequence.
