Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: left ear of headphones volume low

Out of the box or before using it, you have to charge the headset for about 4hrs or until no light on the headset (red if it's charging). Then try using it again play around with the volume. If you encounter the same thing then you have to replace it at the store.

Sounds like a dead battery. You'll have to send it into Apple, or find the parts on ebay and do it yourself.

SOURCE: hi i'm having trouble charging

Hello,

I think you have asked this question previously.......... Same answer.

The charging port of your phone should be the cause of the problem. It's either the charger is not contacting the charging port well enough or the charging port might be defective and needs to be replaced.

Use a pin to scratch the surface of the charging port and try again. If that doesn't work, then know for sure that you will have to replace the charging port.

If you feel you can do the replacement yourself let me know when you get a charging port replacement so that I can direct you.

Good luck.

Make sure the headphones are in the searchable mode or try searching from the headphones instead of the PC.

Where do I find the model number

The words "red and blue lights", "paired", "connect" and "beeps" make me believe that your headphones are Bluetooth-enabled. However, I never heard of a TV that is Bluetooth-enabled. Therefore, I do not think that you will be able to pair, nor connect your headphones to your TV. If you want to listen to your TV wirelessly, you will have to use regular (not Bluetooth) wireless headphones, which consist of two pieces: the headphones and a transmitter that connects to the audio output(s) of your TV and transmits the sound from your TV to the headphones wirelessly.

Bluetooth & sound

Generally, connecting phones via bluetooth to a laptop just allows for file transfer between the two devices. It is not to input sound from the phone through the speakers of the laptop. You would need a bluetooth audio device for that such as bluetooth speakers or headphones

I have a HTC T8697 it won 39 t let me bluetooth anything to it

Hello!!!

It is Windows Phone 7 and just like iPhone, the WP7 also has RESTRICTED Bluetooth capability.

With Bluetooth you can only Pair the Hands-free Calling Device or the Music Listening Headphone to Listen to Music..

No other functions are supported that means you can't do file transfer with it.

Hope it Helps..!!

bluetooth is a type of wireless connectivity between supported devices. you can share music files with other mobile users through bluetooth , and you may use a bluetooth wireless headset to listen to the music files being played through your bluetooth enabled systems such as laptop and may also be supported by yuor phone.

Bluetooth not picking up mp3

@psychurmine you may need to go into the settings of the actual music player application on your phone and tell it to output to headphones.

@ejr420hotora it could be several problems. Did you have it working at one point or is this your first time installing it? Is this your first bluetooth device or do you have others?
