unfortunately this is usually set but try increasing your sound level at speaker unser application menu. also when you answer a call the slide button on the side on the phone needs to be increased that is uo arrow, when you first answer. try it

power amplifier will increase sound level-try graphics equalizer and connect it between the roland and the mixer(ask sales man which equalizer is more suitable for use with roland and behringer.

Turntables do not produce "line level" audio which is what is required for input into the AUX on the receiver. If you do not have a phono input on the receiver, you must purchase a phono pre-amp. These are readily available for about $20. This will boost the output of the turntable to line level so you can use the AUX input on your receiver. That will resolve the problem.

try to open your monitor at the back and look for the board which your speaker wire is connected and obs0erve(look) if there is some capacitors damage, replace it.....
