Question about HP Able Planet Inc. 602100HP Headphones Over The Head
This is usually a problem with the wire "grommet" around the plug. this spot experiences the most wear and tear and more often than not one of the wires shorts with ground thus producing no sound. If you don't think this is the problem, try opening up the ear pieces and checking for solid connections to the speakers
