Husqvarna 125B throttle trigger stays in the full up position, and no longer snaps to idle when I let go of the trigger. I opened it up, but see no spring type device that I can replace. Any ideas?

Theres a torsion spring that wraps around the carburetor throttle shaft.

Look for pics of "Zama C1Q-W37"

With the linkage disconnected, the throttle should snap closed, else torsion spring has disconnected or broken, or carburetor shaft is binding or lacquered (try carb cleaner).

Stihl trimmer must use choke for full throttle

Sounds like a tuning issue and carb problem. Before you go spending money on carbs or carb kits and start stripping down the carb, try this first.
*Unscew both H and L tuning screws ( not all the way out but back them off)
*Pull over until the engine fires up, it should run for a second and cut out.
*Screw both the H & L all the way back in.
*Then reset the carb to standard settings.
*Unscrew the H tuning screw 3/4 of a full turn.
*Unscrew the L tuning screw 1 full turn.

This should be the standard settings.

Start saw as normal and see if its any better. Failing that your probably looking at cleaning the carb or replacing diaphrams.

ZAMA CARBURETOR REBUILD

Unless you really know what you're doing i wouldn't advice it be carried out by a novice. Carbs contain small one way valves that can get damaged. Avoid using airlines to clean and blow out carbs as these can damage the valves. Diaohrams, gaskets and needles are pretty straight forward tho.

Thottle will no stay in one position. There is a black spacer that slides over the throttle shaft between the shaft an the leaver. Will a new leaver come with that black spacer. Blower model wt200

Three (3) possible carbs were available on your machine.
If you have:
Walbro model WT-606 carb, the choke and throttle levers are available in kit form (which leads me to believe the spacer comes with them). Throttle lever kit part #530071726 and choke lever kit part #530071725.

If you have:
ZAMA model C1Q-W11 carb, the choke AND throttle levers are BOTH a part of the carb itself. (Would need a whole carb to get your part.) Complete carb part #530071465.

If you have:
ZAMA model C1Q-W11C carb, the choke and throttle levers are available in kit form (which leads me to believe the spacer comes with them). Throttle lever kit part #530071715 and choke lever kit part #530071716.

Hope this helps.

Parts number

You need to know if it is a walbro or a zama carb. to start with.
then look closely at the carb. and find #`s
very small

walbro will be wt or wa then some #`s
zama will be c1q or c1u and some #`s on the opposite side of carb.
Walbro will be on the same side

you need to know the carb. #`s so a kit can be found for that particular carb. IE: complete kit or diaphram kit
