You need to get a really good virus program which will detect the virus on your computer. You also get an malware program too for spyware. Viruses will effect everthying on your computer but before you get your computer fixed try this first.. I used Panda Cloud which is free and it is a really good program! Another good program for malware is IO Security 360. Do a deep scan after you install the virus program and malware program. Another good program for your computer is Advanced System Care 4 with is also free and it keeps your computer working really well and it cleans your computer of files you don't need. It also has tools that lets you know that you have founds and it fixes it.

How to remove the virus

1. As soon as you suspect that your computer has a virus, remove your computer from any networks it might be on, as well as from the Internet, so that you don't inadvertently spread the bug to others. Unplug your network cable if you have to.
2. If you have antivirus software installed, run it.
3. If you don't have anti-virus software, you'll need to obtain some. If you can't get it from a network administrator or download it from an uninfected computer, you can mail-order it from a retailer.
4. Start your computer (still not connected to a network) and follow the instructions that came with the anti-virus software.
5. Keep running the virus-scanning software until your computer comes up clean.
6. Reconnect your computer to the Internet and check with the anti-virus software's publisher to make sure you have the latest updates. If not, download them now.
7. After updating the anti-virus software, run it again until your computer comes up clean.

An e mail has been sent to all my addresses i have not sent it how does this happen

You used your E-mail on a computer that was infected with a keylogging virus and now the virus is sending out "spam" mail to everyone associated with your e-mail. Change your email password and scan your personal computer for viruses and spyware. Some good anti-virus/anti-spyware programs to use would be Malwarebytes, Avast!, and SuperAntiSpyware. Also, be careful about what computers you use from now on when you check your e-mail.

My friends are receiving e-mails from my e-mail address with no subject and advertising sexual products and I am not sending these e-mails. Can you help me?

You need to get your mail host involved, and get their opinion. change the access password to your account. If this event happend with Hotmail, they have been being hacked successfully and apparently cannot do much about it.
Hotmail accounts that got hacked also may notice the deletion of the address book..

Also, anyone can put another return address on e-mail, but the clue about your friends may mean your account was hacked. Did all of your friends get mail of this type, then high odds of hack. Change your password.

Unauthorized emails sent

It seems that the computer is effected by some kind of Trojan Virus. You are suggested to clean it using a good Anti Virus (like Trenmicro, Norton, Mcafee etc...) It is possible that some of you emails contain the virus. If you are using outlook, I would suggest you to backup all your mails and clean the computer then scan your mail before restoring them.
