Question about The Computers & Internet
I went on line on July 3rd and was billed July 4th on my credit card (VISA) in the amount of $39.99. I cancelled my FREE 10 day trial after the 3rd day; well within the 10 days, which was again free I might add. I returned again on July 23rd and was billed again in the amount of $39.99, also on my VISA card. I have the statement as evidence if necessary to provide or upload pic. I feel that billing me for the 10 day FREE trial period which again should have been FREE meaning NO charge and again 3 weeks later, is double dipping and would appreciate a refund of one of the $39.99 Tom Ulch, if you need further details or further questions, please feel free to contact me at 1 (***) 42*-6*47 and I look forward to your call.
You won't get any phone call from us Tom. You are not talking to who you think you are. We are Fixya, a self help, peer to peer help forum. We are people just like you, helping others because we can. We have no access to your accounts with the person you think you are talking to. You haven't even mentioned the company!
Sounds like you have been scammed. What you need to do is to contact the scammers and if you don't get satisfaction from them, contact your Visa Card merchant. Ask for a charge reversal, explain what happened. Then they will put the money back in your account and it will be down to the scammer to say why their charge was correct and you are wrong.
Just one final thing, double check that that final entry is not a credit against the earlier charge. That would be embarrassing :>)
You might want to edit out your phone number as there are a lot of crazy people out there. Actually, as moderator, I have done it for you.

SOURCE: want a refund !
Contact the proper customer support line. Only the company that sold you the product can give you a refund. If they refuse after explaining your situation you may be able to block the charge by contacting your credit card company.

SOURCE: i cancelled my membership months
First, I advise you put a stop payment at your bank for the charging company. You can ask the bank to trace the transaction source for contact details, sometimes you have to request in writing that is sent priority mail with signature required.

SOURCE: Hello. On the 9th of
Cupid.com has specific instructions on how to cancel the advanced billing and end your membership. You need to go to their website, log into your account and click on billing. Then cancel the advanced billing first, and then cancel your membership while logged into your account. After you have done both of these things, then remove your profile to finalize everything.
