Being anonymous doesn't help us to find your previous question. Also in such questions we need to know the device you are using, make and model and also what app you are using?
NORMALLY, you slide left or right, or press and hold.
If that doesn't work, it can be two things.
You device needs rebooting.
The message didn't go or wasn't read.
