You may have to resort to using pliers to remove.

How to remove broken staple

You can use needle nosed pliers to remove broken staples. Or fence pliers, acquired from places like True Value or Lowes.. If it can not be removed, it can be driven into flooring with a nail driver (used to drive headless nails below the surface of wood).

There are devices for removing staples from upholstery staples and construction staples. And such designated for carpet staples though there is overlap in the these categories. These are not tools for broken staple removal.

My Optima 45 has stopped stapling. I cleared the area of crimped staples but it won't punch out a staple. What can I do?

There may be a reset button / leaver open it back up have a look around and see if there is any thing like a leaver that needs to be pushed into place for the machine to recognise it has been reset.

I have been trying to load the stapler but when I put the cartrage back into the unit it starts making a weird noise and the the screen still shows load staples so I do not know whether I am doing...

Remove the stapler cartridge and look on the clear plastic part of the cartridge. Do you see the arrow pointing towards the puncher side of the cartridge. The arrow of the replacement staples should line up. I've had customers put the staples in upside down before. The only problem is that you then have to take the staple cartridge apart to remove these staples and reuse them. . You just have to release the 4 clips at the bottom and carefully remove the piece. Be careful of the black arm that hangs down when the cartridge is held in the up position. When replacing the bottom back on, the orientation of this arm is important ( upside down or right side up) . This tells the copier that the staples are out. Hope this helps.

Can not figure out hold to load our 90 electric stapler which takes standard staples.

if there is a pull strip on the back slide it out and place them in and then slide the trap back in.... or underneath you may be able to remove the compartment that holds the staples place them in that and put the piece back on.... or it may be standard and the top may remove

What is the correct way to place the nails into the gun? This gun uses both cleats and staples. I am using cleats but it does not seem to be working. I may be putting the cleats in wrong.

If you have a Bostitch MIII FN it is only for cleats. Bostitch doesn't make a universal nailer that takes staples and cleats. The MIIIFN is the "floor nailer" and the Model MIIIFS is the "floor stapler"
Maybe check exactly what model you have and ensure you are not trying to put cleats into a stapler.

Just purchased t27 arrow staple gun but can't load staples. I have removed spring loader from rear and unsuccessfully trying to load staples from rear. Wrong method? Wrong size staples?

That stapler takes a jt21 staple. some fill from the bottom when the plunger is in the drawn back position and some fill from the rear with plunger removed. If the plunger is attached, then it fills from the bottom. Hope this helps:)

Staples are stuck inside the stapler and will not come out

Typically you do not open these up.
Makes it difficult to remove stuck or wrong staples.
I have had good luck removing the staple ram rod and rapping firmly on the **** of the stapler against a wooden table. The idea is jolting the stuck staples into reverse out the way they went in. Tedious process but usually works. Removing the jammed staples in the nose at the striker plate requires using needle nose pliers and a sharp awl or small screw driver used on very small screws.
My T50 Arrow stapler is over 20 years old.
Still works great. Sometimes I slide in the wrong size staples by mistake. The process above usually works.
Good luck!

I have a PowerFast staple gun #31600. Can not

I got some staples stuck in my Powerfast 31600 too. I THOUGHT they were the right staples, I was wrong. You have to bend a little tab on the bottom of the stapler to let the slide come out of the back. Then you can remove the staples. Replace the slide and tap the tab back into place with a punch.

Stapler is not dispensing staples after new cartridge is inserted. Can you help?

Remove the staple cartridge, look into the cartrige area, are there any stray staples in this area, if so remove them, cycle the unit a couple of times without the cartrige in place, check the output end, any stray staples here? re assemble making sure you pull the first row ow staples even with the nozzle of the cartrige.

Hope this helps
