Kind of lacking details: Computer? mobile? Ethernet? Wireless? Ethernet: Check all the cables (unplug and reinsert), power on router and then the computer, which should locate it automatically. Be sure that the wires aren't kinked anywhere and check your website (provider) to see if there are any issues. There will be a section to troubleshoot your connection as well - did you let them know that you moved?
Wireless: Be sure to let your device locate the Wireless networks available and then select the one that has the same name as your router and enter the password (also on router). There might be additional settings like security (Wep2-personal and encryption methods (AES)), check on the website linked to your provider account (IP address) what the settings should be; more details about this will also be available on the website.
Specific steps will also depend on your operating system: check Device Manager and Network adapters to see if they are present, need updating or are displaying a problem.
Move your device closer to the router to determine that the distance between them or walls, other devices etc. aren't interfering.
