Three valve engine ?
Magnet should be able to remover it, industrial type as they are stronger, you can get them from out of a honeywell cat flap. inside the cat collar part, or try a magnetic inspection stick, this should be able to get the spark plug out but you have to be gentle as it wont be a stronger magnet.
