From the trouble it says, unfortunately you have bought not a new goods, don't do anything to the handheld, just shut it down, put it back to the box take it all, then go to the place you have bought as soon as possible, if it still have a guarantee you can ask the exchange for a new one due the problems occurred.
Its was their vault, they have sale the un brand new goods to costumer.
