Ford 4630 tractor fuel system manual

Your might be able to obtain a new manual at Helm Publishing in Highland Park, Michigan. Try a Web search for this info also. A really really good Tractor Dealer in farm country might want a Farmer to stay "Ford Loyal" by supplying this info and keeping a potential new equipment customer.

TC55DA tractor. Why is there water in bowl and little or no fuel pumping from injector?

The system needs bleeding but in most tanks there is jelly from stale fuel which may have blocked the pipe, especially when the tank has run dry. Remove fuel filter, is there fuel freely flowing from the tank pipe? If not blow back through the pipe into the tank, is it flowing freely now? Replace the fuel fitler. All fuel tanks have a build up of water from condensation over time, it's harmless but of course will contaminate the fuel. I would always replace the filter once you've run out of fuel. Bleed the system, fuel filter, glass bowl if fitted, pump bleed screws then up to the injectors one by one. If there is an airlock earlier in the system, fuel will be held back. The fuel pump is the most important part to bleed. If it doesn't fire up right away, use a little easy start to get it running and this will pull the fuel through.

I have a ford escort xr3i 1988 i have replaced the brake master cylinder, bleed the brakes but still have no brakes what could be wrong?

Your car has a diagonally split brake system. Each side of this system must be bled as an individual system, and there is a correct bleeding sequence to be followed. First bleed the right rear brake, second, bleed the left front brake, then follow with the left rear brake and lastly, bleed the right front brake. Here's a link on a repair guide for bleeding your brakes. Y dose the john dear 6330 run hot all the time even after it blowen out

Engine or hydraulic system overheating clearpix.gif clearpix.gif clearpix.gif clearpix.gif clearpix.gif clearpix.gif Coolant system low on coolant in 6020, 6030, 6030 Premium, 7020, 7030 and
7030 Premium Series Tractors.

After several hours of work, warning system indicates hot engine coolant or hot hydraulic oil.
Situation or Problem
Coolant level in reservoir is between the "MIN" and "MAX" range but engine or hydraulic system is overheating.
Air is entering cooling system, hindering coolant flow. Check coolant level. Fill to the "MAX" line on the coolant reservoir.
Bleeding Cooling System:
The bleed valve (see Operator's Manual for location) on the radiator must be closed when the tractor is operating. Open the valve when coolant is drained or filled. If the bleed valve is left open, coolant will internally bypass between the low temperature circuit and engine high temperature circuit causing overheating. When bleeding the system, open the bleed valve and run the engine with no load for 5 minutes at 1700 rpm. Then shut engine off for 5 to 10 minutes before closing the drain valve. Check the coolant level. If level is below the "MAX" fill line, repeat this procedure until coolant level stays at the "MAX" line.
