Assuming this problem is for ANY computer, not just the one.
If you still have internet access through the device, but cannot see network shares, your Samba server is down. If a full restart does not solve the problem, you need to learn Samba/Linux -or- you need to re-image the drive to factory defaults.

ou can contact Facebook by email firstname.lastname@example.org, explain your situation, and hope for the best. Your Facebook profile does have a security question, so I recommend that you include that question and answer when you grovel. But with millions of members, I would not expect a speedy response. I'd even suggest that you repeat your request if you haven't heard back in a day or two.

You could try a system recovery to factory settings. OR Put a new OS on the machine.
