Sounds like a defrost issue. Probably need a service tech look at it.

The newest defrost feature in modern fridges is the electronic adaptive defrost control board. has one version..to put this adaptive defrost style of fridge into defrost, short with a small screwdriver between L1 and test on the adaptive defrost board, wait 3 seconds and you should hear a "click" noise from the relay and the fridge will shut off and go through a defrost cycle. .

Make sure the fan is running in the freezer. The fridge side steals air from the fzr via a small duct and there is a dial control in the fridge side that opens this duct more or less depending on the selection you pick. If the fan is not running wait 15 min to make sure its not in defrost mode and if it is still not running replace the fan. Its behind the panel in the fzr and it is held in place by only two or three screws easy to replace just unplug the fridge first. good luck

Just unplug and let the compressor oil that flowed into the freezer evaporator to flow back to compressor. Unplug and wait 24 hours until trying to restart. Ifyou can not feel or insure compressor is running wait longer. The oil is thick and in liquid state it must seep through a hole about 10 feet and the opening can be as small as a sewing neddle. Give your fridge at least 6-8 hours for the oil to run back into the compressor before turning it back on...
If in doubt longer is better...better to wait a few hours then wish that you had...

1. Water comes from water pipe, usually with a shut off valve (open??).
2. Fridge has a small filter (for sand etc.) at inlet. (not clogged??)
3. Water travels to solenoid valve, and waits for request. (do you hear it click when water requested??)
4. Water usually goes to a fine filter..(these fail (plug) quite regularly).
5. Water goes through storage in back of cool section (Inside fridge- is it full of water?).
6. Water goes to ice maker on fill request.
7. ?? Is the power switch "on" (to icemaker)??
8. ?? Is the full / stop filling paddle/bar up?
