Was Senator John McCain responsible for blowing up a plane and killing over 100 sailors during the Vietnam war!

Are you perhaps referring to the fire aboard the USS Forrestal 29 July 1967? If so, it is believed that a rocket accidentally fired from a F-4B Phantom on the flight deck of the USS Forrestal, due to a power surge, causing the fatal fire which killed 134 serving in the ship. Commander John McCain (who would go on to be elected as a U.S. Senator) was assigned as pilot a A-4 Skyhawk. Therefore, the F-4B Phantom was not McCain's airplane. With that information, I suspect you can figure out the answer to your question. :) You can also check Snopes.com: https://www.snopes.com/john-mccain-fire-uss-forrestal/

What is a peacoat?

This is a coat with large lapels and double breatsed fronts. They have buttons that are often large and made from wood or metal. They also usually come with pockets on the sides. These coats were originally worn by the European Navy. They had these coats in a navy colour made from wool. They were later worn by US sailors as well. Soon after, the peacoat took off in the fashion world and now it is a popular coat style.
