Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a Canon ImageCLASS D760. The alarm light flashes red and it says System Error E000. Please help. Ihave tried unplugging and replugging. I have tried moving the platen. No help.
Since you have tried the two recommend things by Canon. Then Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
" Uninstall the printer drivers from Device manager and also uninstall the all the printer applications
" restart the computer
" try to download drivers from the website
" after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
" then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page. If this doesn't work, then you have a bad sensor and should call up Canon to see how you should proceed if it is under warranty, as you may need to send it to a service center. Let me know how this turns out.
