I amnot sure the assembly of the piston stop spring and upper end.

With all parts out of the head, install thin metal washer onto piston stop and place stop into head. The metal ring prevents the head from cutting the lip of the stop. Next intall the spring onto the stop followed by the headvalve piston. It may be difficult to press the headvalve down into place. Lube all parts with silicone lube. Good luck

I haved a stanley N 12 and it does not leak but at 100 psi it sometimes does not drive the nail all the way, does it need more presure or is it something else?

Remove head and check oring to piston. The piston/oring should fit snug in cylinder and not drop down under its own weight. Also check that the driver shaft thread is not stripped at piston. Lube with silicone paste lube(availabel at lowes in the plumbing department,used to lube fauced orings ). Parts for N12 are getting scarce. Usually the cylinder seal and the upper bumper will be first to give out. The vinyl that they used caused these parts to self destruct. Good luck

Replaced rotors and pads ,calibers brakes still grabby

1. did you bleed the system?
2. front and back?

Right side rear brake drags

Remove all rust from pad and caliper sliding surfaces,eg metal to metal,not the pins,they get synthetic brake lube. Apply anti-seize to all sliding surfaces. Make sure you can screw in the rear caliper piston,if applicable, and manually ratchet up the parking brake,after caliper and pads are on. Bleed/Flush all 4 Wheels. Make sure you can slide the pads back and forth,before lubing end tabs. You may need to file a little off the ends or just remove the paint. Make sure parking brake cables are really releasing.

Lubrication for piston in mini air compressor

I don't know of any small compressors that require lubrication.
I have 3 ranging from a 1 gallon to a 25 gallon and none of them need lubed
Only my 80 gallon 2 stage requires lube

Usual cause of stuck pistons in air operated tools is lack of lubrication. Most you have to either put drops into the air inlet before each day's use or use a mist oiler.

Lube your tool at least twice the amount recommended and try to get it to cycle. After it starts to work, make sure you lube it daily.

It is possible that the O-rings were damaged by insufficient lube oil.

I have seen this problem on several brands of nailers. The solution in most cases was to make sure headvalve orings are sealing correctly. Here is a simple test. Remove the head and place on workbench with gasket surface facing up. Push headvalve all the way in with your thumbs then cover the vent hole with finger and release thumb pressure to headvalve. Vacuum should keep headvalve down untill you release finger at vent-hole. If vacuum does not hold, remove headvalve and examine surfaces for fine scratches and/ or make sure of correct size orings (headvalve should be very snug). Remove scratches with extra fine paper (300-400 grit). If headvalve holds, remove headvalve piston and piston stop. With headvalve spring removed, push piston stop into headvalve and make sure that the piston stop fits snuggly into piston. Also make sure piston stop is not damaged or cracked. A loose fitting piston stop will cause multi-fire. Replace as necessary. Upon re-assembly, lube all rubber parts with plenty of silicone lube (not oil, wipe clean all parts before lubing). Silicone paste/grease is sold at Lowes in the plumbing department (Danco Brand). Good luck and email if you have other questions about this gun.

i planned to buy a motorbike just try the aprillia 125 and i really like it. so i need ur advice about the maintanance and spare parts. as my fren told me the spare parts dammen expensive lorr... 1 set sprockect and chain cost about rm600 is it true??? i dun care about the fuel consumption coz i use to go to work only so it's take about 60km per day only. pls help me... use castrol 2t oil. else, use repsol. you must always high-REV the bike... if not lagi cepat rosak!! many apprilia owner never rev hard enough and their engine got damaged easily. this is because the piston needs to be lube but the valve will only open when you high-REV(to the correct power-band) the bike. 6000rpm and above. You must ride hard on this bike. If you think by riding gentle the bike will last longer, you are wrong. Engine will get over heated very easily cos piston not properly lubed since power-valve never open. it's a nice bike to own,,,
