Whenever I turn on my Acer Aspire Z all-in-one desktop computer top passcode pops up that's blue

have you installed any new hardware.? done any change in BIOS ? for the the freezes you proberly.got to little RAM.you can't have enough RAM.try install moore RAM. try that first.if still blue screens you have to be a detectiv.

Make sure the cable to the PC is secure by tightening the screws on each plug. If the problem still exists then you need to take it back to the shop where you bought it from. It could be a fault graphics card or connector.

The blue screen of death means there is something wrong with your OS especially if it happens whenever you boot up.

The "easy" fix is just to format and reinstall Windows (or linux if you feel comfortable with it).

Your computer is overheating, clean the dust out of it. Remove the dust covering the air intake/exhaust vents.

If it blue screened first turn the computer off then turn it back on sometimes its just a little issue. If it continues to blue screen then look up the number code it gives you at the screen. If you need more help contact me

It may happen if the BIOS setting are corrupted, please load the BIOS deafults, to do so
1. Shutdown the computer.
2. As soon as you hit the power button to turn it ON, keep on tapping the F2 key, it will go to BIOS screen
3. Press F9 (click "Yes", if you are prompted) and then press F10 (Click "Yes", if you are prompted), it will restart the computer.
4. Now, keep on tapping F8 key, now select "Safemode with Networking" from the Advance boot menu. Try to connect to internet. If you are able to connect to Internet then the issue is with the firewall on you computer, contact the firewall manufacture or settings. If you are still unable to connect to Internet, then the internet setting are not correct, you may need to contact the ISP.

No. I don't think Acer Aspire M 1641 comes with Blue tooth

Check the Specification for Acer Aspire M 1641

If this is the Desktop you are talking about, then It is not bundled with Blue tooth

This could be an operating system fault ( Windows/Linux ) But more likely a Hardware or external connected device error.
Solution 1:) try re-installing Windows.

Solution 2:) remove any external add ons, printer/USB devices et,c. And run the computer without Them.
If the computer runs without error, you can pinpoint a faulty external or addon device.

check if your device is enabled, you can do this by ---
right click my computer..-> properties--> hardware tab--> device manager --> right click on the blue tooth icon and clcik properties. --> check if enabled..

if it is enabled check if bluetooth is enabled at startup { type msconfig in RUN in start menu, click startup tab..check if it is enbaled in startup}... or else you have to manually switch on bluetooth each time u intend to use... hope it helps.
