Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You may have a damp paper issue, when damp paper passes through the hot element it curls or crinkles the paper resulting in paper jams and poor output , if you turn all you paper round in the paper trays to A4R it will help, or use dry paper, recycled paper is the worst as it collects moisture much quicker, especially left over night

Tip

Delete files permanently without having to send to recycle bin.

You can bypass the recycle bin completely by pressing shift+delete on the file being deleted. Be careful because it will be gone for good, just one less step.

On our 20kVa unit we got a 'battery must be checked" alarm. We replaced the battery but alarm still on unit. How can we get rid of this? We already did the normal reset but alarm still there. Thank...

The internal automatic battery test is picking up some differences between the actual value of the battery to the mathematical calculation used in the software. Normally if you do a battery impedance test you would find that the batteries would be consistent and therefore replacing the batteries may not be the solution. Once you transfer the UPS on BYPASS and then recycle the power you would clear the alarm. However on the next internal automatic battery you would be getting the same alarm again.

At times this may be a software issue or an SNMP problem. Normally to refresh the battery data for the UPS monitoring software we carry out a battery discharge test. Please consult with the supplier if an annually battery discharge test is mandatory for the battery monitoring circuit to work well. Please let me know of the outcome

Because these night vision defisve are sold by many different US companies they don't have parts for them. You buy it, and when goes, you throw it away. Sent to me for recycling, there really not much to recycle. Sorry, GB...stewbison

Recycle bin got deleted

1. Click Start, and then click My Computer. 2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options. 3. Click the View tab, and then click to clear the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box. 4. Click Yes when the warning message appears, and then click OK to close the Folder Options dialog box. 5. Click Folders on the toolbar.

Note If Folders is not visible on the toolbar, point to Toolbars on the View menu, and then click Standard Buttons. 6. In the left pane, under Folders, locate the Recycle Bin folder, and then drag the Recycle Bin folder to the desktop. 7. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options. 8. Click the View tab, and then click to select the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box. Click OK.Note This procedure does not re-create the original icon. However, this procedure restores most of the features of the Recycle Bin, including the following: • Delete a file by dragging it to the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop. • Retrieve a file that you deleted by double-clicking the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop, right-clicking the file that you want to retrieve, and then clicking Restore. • Empty the Recycle Bin by right-clicking the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop, and then clicking Empty Recycle Bin. When you use these step to work around the problem, you cannot right-click the Recycle Bin shortcut to access the Recycle Bin Properties. To set properties for the Recycle Bin, follow these steps: 1. Double-click the Recycle Bin shortcut on the Desktop. The Recycle Bin folder opens. 2. In the upper left corner of the Recycle Bin folder, right-click the Recycle Bin icon, and then click Properties.
