Hi, can u remotely restart my tablet? it's been frozen for 2 days

there is no possible way to remotely restart a tablet but there is a way to do it press and hold the power key for about five seconds and this will force the tablet to turn off or reboot the android system and it should be fine however if it freezes again this can be an issue with the android system itself and the tablet will need to be reset (resetting android for some tablets: press and hold the power and volume down (or volume up) key and this will boot to recovery mode for some others say like samsung press the power volume up (or down) along with the home key to go into recovery mode)

    Follow these steps:

    1. Press the power button and the home button together or Power button and Volume button together for a while, long enough till the Android boot mode screen appears. Press home button to reach the options under boot mode. Navigate through the options using volume key and select "Wipe Data Factory Reset"option using shortcut menu button. I have my grandaughter tesoar tablet is frozen on the white screen with tesoar across the screen i need help

Hi, you need to do a factory reset!

First, turn your tablet off. Then, power the tablet back up by holding down the volume (either + or - ) and power buttons simultaneously. Continue holding the volume button until the screen says "Booting tablet in recovery mode." This will give you a picture of an Android. Tap the android, and you will be given a screen with several options. Move between the options with the volume + and -, and select with the power button. Go to the option for Factory Data Reset and select it. Scroll down to `the Yes, and then the tablet will erase its memory back to factory settings. Once it has completed, select Reboot Tablet Normally.

let me know how you get on!
