Caffitaly S15 machine not priming

I have followed the instruction manual for first use and the machine isn't drawing water through from the tank (I've read on-line that this means it's not priming). Has anyone had this problem?

SOURCE: Saeco via venezia coffee machine wont prime

Turn machine on and make sure that the knob is fully opened, if the pump does not engage(vibrate) then either the machine is not getting power or there is a problem with the pump.

SOURCE: machine stoppped working

Try this remove the brew unit and clean the screen on the unit, then insert unit, and open steam/hot water valve to prime. If that does not work then there might be a malfunction with the pump, I am assuming that the machine is only 2 weeks old?

SOURCE: Unable to prime Sirena Espresso Machine

n regards of the no prime issue. this is the only way i could prime this new puppy.make sure its stone cold which is a no brainer since it will not heat h2o unless its primed. first take off steamer plastic tip ,turn on steamer clock wise till pump starts. then **** the tip of the end of the metal tip hard until pump stops may need to do it a couple of times. yes this seems out of this world but it works. you are flushing out the vapor lock in the pump. bravo enjoy!

SOURCE: hi,i have a samsung washing

Hi, UE error means unbalanced load, loosen the washing and try again, if the load is to heavy take out some of the washing and spin in 2 lighter loads.

UE Happens if you overload the washing machine.

Hope this helps.

Hi my Caffitaly S22 coffee machine is not working the red and descale buttons are flashing on and off, the other buttons won't do anything. I have tried resetting but it doesn't beep. thanks

That means you are still in the middle of the descaling cycle. You have to finish it first. You will not be able to do anything else until you finish the descaling cycle. Make sure the Desaling Coupling is still fitted to the Milk Jug Fitting (look on the manual Descaling instructions step 6). Jump to step 15, Rinse the water tank and fill it with exactly 500ml. Using excess water during this step may cause an error so try to make sure it is very close to or exact 500ml. Place a container under the coffee dispensing spout and the milk jug without cover under descaling coupling. Now press the Dubble Espresso button. The water will run, it is important to wait until the water runs until the tank is empty and it will stop by itself. Don't panic when there is no water coming out and it makes a little noise and don't press any button. Wait until it stops by itself. Then follow from step 19 to the end.

Caffitaly coffee machine is continually beeping

The Caffitaly Machine Beeps when it needs Descaling...the reduction in the water flow is an indicator that your machine badly needs this maintenance procedure to be completed. Refer to Page 15 of your User Manual.

As for the pump / port to be primed -
For Prime and loss of prime please click HERE -

From what Bissell says you must prime both - please read page 7 especially.

This should get you good to go.

The blue light is blinking, the water tank is full, but the water isn't heating up at all. should we return it? Or is there something that we missed? We followed the instructions and are getting no where.

blinking light means the water circuit requires priming.
1 - press power button.
2 - place a cup under steamer and turn on full.
3 - turn steam off when blue light stops blinking (probably a few ounces of water in your cup).
4 - you're ready to rock!

johnshami had this solution on another post, and it worked for us when the manual's instructions to "prime" the machine resulted in no water leaving the tank to enter the machine:
  1. make sure the water in the tank is stone cold -- which is a no brainer since it will not heat h2o unless it's primed.
  2. take off steamer wand cover, turn the steamer knob clockwise till pump starts.
  3. then s*ck (as you would on a straw, with your lips sealed around the end of the steamer wand) the tip of the end of the metal tip hard until pump stops
  4. may need to do it a couple of times. yes this seems crazy, but it works! you are flushing out the vapor lock in the pump.

I have a Saeco Incanto RS Espresso Machine. The prime light is on, but the machine won't prime. Very little water of steam comes out of the wand.

You need to manually prime it using the priming bulb that came with it. Instructions are in the manual. Remove water tank. Fill priming bulb. Hold priming bulb on water inlet. They don't inter-connect, so just hold it on there as best you can. Turn the machine on, turn steam knob on, and gently, slowly squeeze the bulb to force water into the machine. It works best when the machine is cold, because you want to get liquid water in there, and not have it displaced by steam.
