Won't dispense all the coffee from the disc. Have to push button at least two times. Descaled Help

The discs tell the machine how much water to dispense through the disc. Some discs dispense a small amount for an Espresso, others give a larger drink. Normal cups will not fill, you need smaller coffee cups for most Tassimo drinks.
Check the packet to see how much it dispenses and check with a measurement jug to see if it is working properly, you may be surprised to find it is working fine.

According to emails I have been receiving, drinking too much water is harmful to you.

Yes it most certainly is. You can actually drown from taking in too much water. Drink the recommended amount each day and don't drink heaps when you are not thirsty.

I am breastfeeding right now. Is it ok drink hot chocolate? I heard that chocolate was a problem while feeding?

Some of the caffeine from your drinks and food will go into your bloodstream and a small amount could pass to the baby if you are breastfeeding. This doesn't mean you can't have any drinks with caffeine in, such as tea, coffee etc but you should just be careful not to drink too much.

In addition - chocolate contains caffeine but also is a food that sometimes upsets the digestive system of breastfed babies.

It's very individual and you can only know through trial and error which foods don't agree with your baby.

What is the difference between an energy drink and a sports drink?

There are several differences between the two:

Energy drinks contain a higher amount of carbohydrates, resulting in more calories. They also contain high levels of caffeine. They are designed to give consumers a quick boost of energy.

Sports drinks, on the other hand, are intended to re-hydrate the consumer after athletic activity.

How much caffeine is in an energy drink?

The amount of caffeine varies greatly from brand to brand. For instance, a 250ml energy drink can have anywhere from 50-160mg of caffeine. The amount should be clearly posted on the side of the can and I would highly recommend checking how much caffeine is inside before consumption.

I heard that soft drinks contain a large amount of phosphates. Is this dangerous?

Phosphates in high amounts is dangerous, especially if you don't consume much calcium. Then you have high amounts of phosphates and low amount of calcium in your blood. In this situation what happens is that calcium is pulled out of the bones, which can eventually lead to osteoporosis.

What is the difference between soft drinks and hard drinks?

The main difference between soft drinks and hard drinks is that soft drinks do not contain any alcohol, while hard drinks are alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks do have sometimes a very low amount of alcohol in them (less than .5% of the total volume of the drink).

I am looking for a high quality ready to drink meal replacement. Which ones are good?

My two favorite ready to drink meal replacements are the EAS Myoplex and the Met-Rx Original meal replacement drink. Both of these products I prefer the chocolate flavor. As far as nutrition goes, they are very similar:

They both contain a high amount of protein (EAS contains 42 grams and Met-Rx contains 40 grams of protein).

They contain similar amount of calories- EAS contains 310 calories, while Met-Rx contains 260 calories.

They both contain 20 grams of carbs with only 2 grams of sugar.

They both contain over 20 minerals and vitamins

They both cost around $3 per drink.
