I fixed it myself!
I bit the bullet and ordered a replacement Power Board for AUS$290 and swapped it out myself.
Only took ten minutes, most of that time was removing and replacing the 101 screws holding the back panel on!
Working fine again now.
I did sit the two boards side by side and noticed the new one had moved some of the micro components from the back of the board to the front plus some other small component changes.
If your handy with a screw driver and have some technical knowhow I recommend having a go at fixing it yourself as it wasn't hard and probably saved $200 in service charges (all this assuming you are out of warranty!)

Tries unplug,replug the tv back like an hour later.The tv now,should resetting itself back to the factory setting.The tv should work now.Not,than the tv power supply board have problems,not giving the tv it wright voltages anymore.The tv power supply board that the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

If you are watching only transmissions through your tv, it is best for you to goto its menu,and select factory serrings. From which if you wants you can move to their pre-determined picture modes such as Vivid, Standard, Cenema & Custorm; according to your viewing taste. Standard will be the best.
You may have its manual with you I thinks. Goto page 44-45 to get how can you set these settings. If you haven't the manual, inform me please. OK.

Power LED light indicator are flashing it is the effect of the power supply board are dying and not giving the tv the wright amount of voltages anymore.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.U have all the tools,u understanding basic electronic also can u do basic soldering?Yes,check all over the power supply board for dying parts call capacitors.These dying capacitors are alway bulges up or puffing up on to it tops.By replacing all these dying capacitors are bulges or puffing up on it tops,will solved this flashing LED power light indication,power supply board will work again.Or try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
