Anytime you try and print a webpage it locks up the print job and the user can not delete the job, I have to reset the print spool on the server then it will delete. Only does this with web pages internal...

Chances are it's adobe-based web pages. There's a known problem with coding discrepancies on Adobe items imbedded in webpages being directly printed.

If you can save the file to a full .pdf or maybe convert it to a .doc before trying to print it might do the trick. If not, best to steer clear of the problem webpage altogether.

Internet explorer cannot display the webpage on my laptop but I can can send and receive email from Windows Mail. I am using a Vista OS.

If a virus software is not blocking the webpage, type <CTRL+F5> to do a refresh. If that does not work, in IE's options, delete all temp files:

Tools > Options > General tab, under "Browsing history", delete all of your Temporary Intenet Files and try again. Be patient, it may take a minute or so to clear that cache...

Accidentally "pasted" webpage to desktop, cannot remove it!

Do a Control, Alt Delete and a window will open that will show that page and other browser pages.
Click end, and it will go down. Unfortunately all your open browser windows will close too, but then you can start all over again.

You can always just shut down or restart, too.
