A VCR uses a "RF" signal, where a TV uses a broadcast signal. The standard TV will not record from a security VCR. However, if the TV has a yellow "video in" jack on the back, this will work to record the VCR. You might need to buy a BNC to RCA adaptor at radio shack. Let me know if this does not work.

from what type of source are you doing this? if its CATV with NO BOX, i can help.
Here is a rough sketch:
use COAXIAL cable from splitter to VCR and TV and to the RF Modulator (get one at radio shack) from the RF Mod, to DVD, use RCA cables. Run RCA Cable from output DVD to Input on the TV. Run RCA cables from your VCR output to another TV Input
PLEASE RATE ME WELL if you find this useful!!!!!!!!!
